2. Use of Service

• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service.

3. Billing & Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• You may cancel anytime through your dashboard.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shopways is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Users should maintain additional local backups where needed.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise system security.

7. Changes

Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of Shopways constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
