• Business information (store name, address, contact)
• POS data (sales, payments, items, discounts, shifts)
• Customer data for loyalty features (phone number, stamp balance)
• Login and authentication data
• Device information (for security & analytics)

• Operate and improve the POS and dashboard
• Sync data across devices (iPad and web)
• Generate reports, analytics and AI insights
• Provide customer loyalty & rewards functionality
• Send system notifications and security alerts

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is transmitted over SSL and stored on encrypted servers with controlled access. We perform regular audits, backups and security updates to protect your information.

We do not sell, trade or share your data with third parties. Limited access is provided only to essential service providers (e.g., hosting, payments, email support).

We retain data for as long as your Shopways account is active. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
