No app, and no login. Loyalty runs entirely in your iPad POS — staff add a customer by phone number, stamps accrue automatically, and the running balance prints on their receipt.

Yes. Each Shopways account can set its own reward threshold, such as 8, 10 or 12 stamps. When a customer reaches that number, staff redeem the reward at the counter on the POS.

Your Shopways iPad POS continues to work offline for taking orders and accruing stamps. Stamps accrue offline and sync when you reconnect, and redemption happens at the POS — so there's nothing on the customer's side that can break.
